Cooked white rice

09/28/06 		How long can you safely keep plain white rice, if stored in an ice chest with dry ice? (ie: camping)

09/28/06 		Uncooked it keeps forever. Cooked (and unchilled), then placed in the ice chest with the dry ice, itt isas long as ant other chilling- usually about 2 days.
