Hi Ellen, here's hoping your surgery went well and you are on the mend! Thank you for helping us all! I am a football coach's wife and we feed the team every fall on Homecoming Week. We would like to serve chicken breasts for approx. 60 people...any simple recipes for how to keep the meat moist and tasty? Thank you! |

Thanks, Definitely on the mend. Astonished at the bills, though. Check the new recipe in big pots for wedding chicken. It is freezable and has a nice citrusy sauce- great for reheating. Boneless thighs are moister and cheaper than breast, with a more chicken-y taste. |

I've never heard of boneless thighs...do they come packaged by themselves? Thanks, Ellen. Good luck with those bills! |

They are widely available here in Texas- used for fajitas- available frozen. Your local meat department might be able to order for you if they don't carry them. |
