Hot dogs

07/19/06 		I want to fix and serve hot dogs in a Nesco/Rival 18 quart roaster. I will be serving around 50 people. What is the best way to cook and or serve them. I will be outside.

07/19/06 		Linda, they can be boiled by using the whole roaster as a boiling pan, or roasted. Try some in the regular oven and see what you prefer.
