How much soda, water bottles, and punch should we have for an outdoor wedding for 150 people. (It is from 3pm-10pm and there will be no alcoholic drinks there.) Thank you for the help:) |

There is an extensive beverage estimating list on site, talks about length of party, etc. as well. If you prepare some estimates, I will check them for you. |

Estimation on how much soda, punch etc. for a wedding reception of 110 - We have already gotten enough punch for 6 gallons. but wanted to offer other beverages as well - would it be better to get 100 cans of soda or go with 2 liters (12 bottls of soda?) Suggestions. |

12 2 liter bottles are entirely OK if you want to deal with glasses. If it is informal, cans are fine. Get a mix of regular and diet. some not caffeinated along with the cola. Don't forget the 1/2 to 1 pound ice per person. If it is several hours or with a meal, 10 gallons punch would not be too much, esp in summer. |
