melted polyester tablecloth on glass cooktop

06/20/06 		Caterers put table cloth on cooktop and did not lock it. Burner lit and table cloth melted onto one burner. Got some of it off but not all. Is there a solvent to take it off? HELP!

06/20/06 		The caterers should pay for the new top- they should have liability insurnce to cover. If you have tried the razor scraper and still have a problem, it will probably have to be replaced.
