I am cooking for a group that is going to help with the Katrina relief. I want to cook some pork tenderloin in crock pots. There are 27 of to feed, could someone tell me how many pounds of tenderloin I need to feed 27 people? Thank you so much Brenda |

You want 9-10 pounds raw boneless to make a meal. However, you might consider making 16-18 pounds and shredding the second half with bbq for pulled pork sandwiches. |
