You use 1/3 of the amount for 100 to get the amount for a party of 30.

06/01/06 		Is this buffet service? One entree is entirely appropriate as long as there is a side dish with some protein that can serve as a vegetarian entree. This could be anything from mac and cheese to eggplant parmesan.
