We're holding a community town hall/forum on youth alcohol prevention. The number of attendees is unknown -- we're planning for 300. If we serve sandwich rollup things, fruit salad, veggie trays and CostCo cookies can I use your "Planning for 100" section for approx. quantities? Is there anything that I should buy more/less of because of w\everything that I'm serving? Should I buy 1 cookie per person? I'd really appreciate your help. |

Yes, the planning tables should do. You want 2-3 cookies per teen. Hope this event works- since around 10% of 8th graders are already drinking at least occasionally... Provide interesting beverage alternatives like green tea punch or frappacino punch along with the sodas. |
