Hi Ellen, I am open if you have a better recipe but this is the recipe I have. I need it as the main dish for 100 women.

Dressing:
1/2 Cup Olive oil
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Honey
2 tsp White Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Poppy Seeds
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Grated Onion

Salad:
2 cups Baby Spinach
2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
2 Cups Sliced Strawberries
1 ripe Avocado
1/2 Cup Toasted Pecans

Chicken:
2 Medium Boneless Shredded
