01/31/19 		Cooking lasagna for 200 how many full size steam table pans should I plan? Please help this is a fund raiser.

01/31/19 		See the spaghetti page and look at the lasagna guide. It is very specific for amounts. Do consider dong at least 1 batch with white sauce and veggies.
A steam table pan cuts 16 generous servings.

Also, look at the rotini dish for 120, this is a delicious low cost lasagna alternative.
