After years out of the catering industry - I volunteered for a friends daughters wedding. Now I am sat here trying to remember how much food one will need - can anyone help? I will attache below the main portion of the menu which I need help with. Thanks. Also there is a salad recipe which I am looking for - it had bacon bits in it with I beleave spinich and seeds - with a really nice dressing - any ideas??? Thanks again. I willing be catering for 160 people.

You don't say whether this is plated or buffet- if plated, the bride should get you a count on the entrees- if buffet you will use more food but less servers. Also, what kitchen or transport and cold storage? There is a LOT of oven work in this menu. Surely someone else is doing the cake? You remember the basic idea, you want 1-2 pounds of food per person not counting desserts, so it also matters whether it is lubch time or supper time.
