OATMEAL FOR 150 people

04/16/06 		Hi, I'm just wondering how much oats to get for cooking hot oatmeal for 150 people. I am helpng plan breakfest for a week long event.

Also any recipe ideas. Since some people are vegan I think I will use water or rice milk instead of milk.

04/16/06 		Look at the rich baked oatmeal recipe on the Big Pots section for quantities and cooking- oven is the way to go here. Suggest you use soy milk or nut milk, it fortifies the oat protein much better than grain milk.
