The menu is BBQ pork or chicken, baked beans, potato salad and a fruit bowl with cantelope, honeydew, strawberries, and grapes for dessert. Can you please let me know how much meat, beans, potato salad and fruit I will need to pull this off without too much left over? | 
| ellen 03/16/06 | Holly, all these foods are covered in the quantity lists in Big Pots.  You want 1 piece of chicken and about 5 ounces cooked ready to eat pork per person.  If it is self serve buffet, add about 10% to each amount- people take more when serving themselves.
