My wife is allergic to wheat, however I am not. When we first found out that she could not eat wheat or gluten it made shopping an adventure. We both liked to eat fresh bread. Many of the breads that we would eat were often made at a bakery. After finding out that she could no longer eat bread made with wheat, it was almost impossible to find bread - never mind it being fresh. I found that I could not eat the frozen or dry breads that they were selling in most stores. This went on for several years. Something new would come out in the local health food store, and we would try it. Most things would taste ok, but could not compare to bakery fresh. The other day we came across Ina Garden's web site on Ellen's Kitchen (The Best Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free Bread!), so we ordered country seed bread and whole grain bread. This bread was so good it was moist and had real bread texture. Now, I still can eat wheat bread, but this bread is as good if not better. I think that if you are wheat and gluten free or are just looking for a healthy bread, you owe it to yourself to try the bread from Ina Garden.
