How much lettuce, tomato, onions do I need for ..

02/17/06 		sandwich making for a anniversary party.
The menu is the following
3 different pots of soup
Turkey or ham sandwiches
What I am in charge of is bringing the lettuce, onions, & tomatoes for the sandwiches.
There were 110 invitations mailed out, so I would figure at least 250 people. Could you please help me!
