Hi Ellen, You mentioned standing potatoes on end to make a large number of baked in the Nesco roaster, but how would you keep them from touching the sides? I need to make 62 large potatoes in two roasters. Thank you! |

I use foil baking pans, the shallow ones, also on edge, For both potatoes and tamales. |
