kimball, all these foods are covered in the quanty tables for 100 on the big pots pages. You need to read the cautions at the top of the appetizer pages about quantities, if the party is at meal time you will use 2 to 3 times as much as if it is in between meals. For example, an 11 AM or 12 AM wedding, people have not eaten lunch and eat way more, while a 1 PM wedding, they eat before they come and so eat less at the reception. |
