01/20/06 		Hi, I am having a afternoon reception this spring and I am wanting to have a picnic theme, but using appetizers. I am think chicken strips, cookies, brownies, lemonade, tea, watermelon boat, and I am wanting another meat to offer....Any other ideas? Thanks

Sincee I posted my quantitio tab;es in 2004, I no longer do initial estimates. If you read the articles and tables and make your own initial estimates, I will review them for you.

If this is over a meal time, keep in mind that you will need about 1 1/2 pounds total of the various foods per person.
