Ellen, Your Best Fruit Cake recipe looks wonderful! However, people in my family are allergic to nuts. Is it possible to make the cake without the nuts? Thanks. |

There is a wheat based nut substitute, one brand is Wheat Nuts, but the company that makes them is closing down, and they are hard to find- maybe try Amazon? |
