Hello, I am helping an aunt with her wedding! I am doing chex mix and dinner mints. She is planning on serving 450 people. This is being served with cake, meat, punch, fruit. Do you know how much I should plan on?? |

Chex suggests you allow 1/2 cup per person of the finished mix. The nuts- 6 pounds per 100 for just nice bowls at the tables. |
