I want to serve a Mexican Dinner with soft and hard tacos. Need to know how much beef, lettuce, shells, cheese, tomatoes. What else should I serve? |

You want rice (1 pound dry), beans (1 pound dry or 3-4 small cans), and a Mexican style fruit tray with limes and sweet paprika to garnish. Use the taco bar page and do just over 1/10 the amount for 100. Tortilla chips with salsa, guacamole, maybe queso would be the usual appetizer. About a pound of chips, 1 cup per 5 of each dip.
