Hi Ellen, We are having a office drop in for 200 people from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. We are having mainly a dessert buffet (cheesecake, cookies, etc.) I have been asked to purchase cheese cubes. Will 24lbs of cheese cubes be enough to serve 200? Thank you! |
