| Crystal 06/01/14 | Hi. I have a light continental breakfast at my kid's school honoring the teacher's. We want to serve bagels, mini muffins, mini quiche, build your own parfait (vanilla yogurt, granola, & fruit tray). We also want to serve orange, apple juices and regular coffee. Can you tell me how much I need to feed 50 adults please? |
| ellen 06/01/14 | bagels, 1/2 per person, 2 1/2 dozen cream cheese, 16 ounces mini muffins, 2 per mini quiche, 2 per build your own parfait vanilla yogurt, 1 1/2 gallons granola, 1 gallon fruit tray, see the fruit tray page, do 2 times the tray for 25
orange, 1 1/2 gallons, use 6 ounce glasses regular coffee, you need to have both regular and decaf, as well as hot water and tea, use 1/2 the amounts listed under breakfast coffee on the beverage planning page A dozen hard-cooked eggs and 2 packs of string cheese would be good for the non-carb folks. If this saves you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to support this site. Thanks. |
