250 alfredo and lasagna

05/29/14 		Hi Ellen, This is the menu --2 veggies, alfredo, meat lasagna,salad,breads, a huge pineapple tree

I figured 6 full foil chaffer pans per 100-so 15 total--how would you divide and should I add 10% more for the two entrees?

05/30/14 		Yes, Dawn, you have to add the extra. Do 17, 9 lasagna, 8 alfredo if the alfredo has meat, 12/5 if none.

If the alfredo has meat, do 1 tray meatless for any vegetarians in the group, there will be some.
