HELP- We are making zits, meatballs for 100 people as part of fundraising event. How many lbs of penne, sauce, meatballs (5/8inch), cheese, how many silver trays needed. Thanks |

20 pounds of meatballs will be plenty. 12 pounds of pasta, 1 quart of sauce per pound. 1/2 to 1 pound of cheese per pound. Silver trays? This will make 10-12 9x13 pans or 4 full size chafing dish trays. |
