Hi Ellen I am serving 200 ppl at noon sandwiches-pre made I was wondering if I am figuring enough sides BLT Pasta-30# Cole Slaw-28# Baked Potato Salad-40# plus fruit trays and veggie trays and cookies I am using your fruit and veggie charts as well |
