Meatball Subs 7 inch rolls for 50

05/06/14 		I am making meatball subs for charity. What ingredients do I need and how much do I need. HELP

05/06/14 		Assuming 50 sandwiches.

50 rolls
7 pounds tomatoes
4 pounds shredded lettuce
4 pounds shredded mozzarella, if they will be toasted, or 1 pound per 10 thin sliced mozz or provolone
quart sliced olives
quart Italian dressing
Skip onion

10 pounds half ounce meatballs is 320 meatballs, I would get about 12 pounds, but 10 would be adequate at 6 per sandwich; and 1 gallon sauce.
