How much will it cost to feed 450 people buffet style with food servers? The Following is my menu: Swedish Meatballs; Chicken trumpets; yellow rice mixed w carrots;Baked Ziti; Strings Beans;Dinner Rolls. How much ground beef;Chicken;Pasta; Rice; and Strings beans(can) will i need to accomplish the above(in llbs). Thank You so much Ellen.. |

John, I can't do food costs, it varies too much from region to region. Also, costs can include labor, dish rental, etc. If you get a local caterer to estimate it for you, your food cost would be about 1/3 the total estimate, help another 1/3. |
