03/18/14 		I am organizing a fund raising dinner at our church which will include sausage, sauerkraut, potato salad, pork & beans, apple sauce, buns and a large selection of desserts.How many pounds of sausage, potato salad, sauerkraut and pork & beans will I need for 200 people Thank you

sausage, 1 pound per 3 (4 for a smaller serving, or if you get 4 to the pound sausages)
potato salad4 1/2 gallons per 100
sauerkraut, 25 servings per #10 can- 1/2 cup per person- applesauce is the same
pork & beans, 3 gallons or 4 #10 cans per 100
