| Mary Beh 03/02/14 | I am making country style ribs, cheesy potatoes coleslaw, and homemade rolls for a retirement dinner for 50..I am confused as to how much meat to buy. I hear anywhere from 1/2lb to 1lb per person. This is all adults after work...could you clarify how much meat to buy..thank you. |
| ellen 03/02/14 | The usual cut has much meat and little bone, but in some areas, more bone. This assumes not much bone. If you are plating, you can do 1/2 pound raw per person. If you are buffet, allow at least 3/4 pound raw. |
