I have a Rival 20 qt. (RO 220) roaster. I want to know if I can fry Navajo frybread in it. I would need to use about 1.5 inches of oil, so this is not deep frying, merely frying a thin piece of bread. Will my roaster work? Thank you |

Karen, I don't fry in these and the company does not recommend it. |
