Hey There! I am planning a wedding this weekend and I am doing Buffalo Chicken Dip and Chicken Salad for 200 people. There will also be meatballs and cocktail smokies. I checking to see how much chicken do I need to buy for both all together? Thank you for your help! |

For dip as part of an appetizer, you need 1/4 cup dip per person; the amount of chicken depends on your particular recipe. The chicken salad depends on what it is used for- see the plan for 100 section (keep scrolling down till you come to it). 1 pound whole chicken makes 1 cup meat. 1 pound boneless chicken makes 2 cups meat. Most chicken salads are about 1/2 chicken meat and 1/2 everything else. |
