01/30/14 		Want to braai chikn quarters ,steak n wors for 250 ppl with potato salad,cole slo ,n pasta n rolls .wat quantity do I get of everytin . Thanks

02/01/14 		Hello. If you are in the USA, this is treated like a BBQ estimate. Anywhere else, less meat.

braai chicken quarters, allow 2 quarters per 3 persons
steak, this is a tough estimate, as people are greedy about beef; suggest you have someone serve the first round and allow 1 pound raw per 4
wors (sausages), 1 pound per 4-5

pasta, 8-10 pounds dry per 100

potato salad, 35-40 pounds raw potatoes per 100
cole slaw, 2 1/2 gallons per 100

rolls, 2 smallish per person.
