I have been doing tamales in my pressure cooker for 2 yrs. It was a 6quart electric. It took 20 minutes to make a doz. tamales. This year I have a new one that is 8quart and it has temp gauge. I am going to try and see at what degree I need to cook them. anyone got a hit. I am starting on sweet then green chili, then pork. I use the veggie basket also and will try the husks above the basket. thanks for this hint |
