| Chad 12/03/13 | We're having a fundraiser and we sold 1000 tickets for a jambalaya dinner. We will have chicken, pork, and sausage pieces for the meat. I was wondering how many pounds of each meat do I need to order to accomodate the plates. |
| ellen 12/03/13 | Chad, is it 100 or 1000? |
| Chad 12/04/13 | 1000. But I may be explaining it wrong. We will want to make enough to cover 1000 dinners. The dinners will be served in a styrofoam, 3 compartment tray. I was thinking two scoops of Jambalaya per dinner(I don't know the serving size) I want to make sure I have enough meat to accomodate the dinners. |
| ellen 12/04/13 | Per person, 1 piece chicken, (or 1/2 a breast piece), 2-3 ounces smoked sausage and 2 ounces pork. If it is a paid gig, please make a donation to help support this site- |
