11/23/13 		How many collard greens do I buy to feed 35 peoplel?

11/23/13 		Only at Thanksgiving do I get collard green question (I like them very much and cook the frozen ones all year).

Use 1/3 the amount for 100 from the plan for 100 page. Amount depends on whether they are fresh or frozen, both are covered.
