How many ponds of tenderloin to feed 125 people. Can I cook the tenderloins the night before and how do I reheat it. |

Double post. It takes care to reheat pork without drying, but can be done. Most successful with a sauce or gravy. See reheating article at the top of the Big Pots section. 50 pounds tenderloin per 100 for party size portions, so about 63 pounds.
