| Nerdini65 11/07/13 | I own a fried chicken and pizza restaurant. I would like to offer catering to surrounding businesses in the loosest sense of the word, meaning - I make the food and deliver it, but the customer sets up. I am not sure what to package side dishes in. We offer baked beans, macaroni salad, mac n cheese, cole slaw, potato salad and mashed potatoes with gravy. I currently sell in 6 oz and 16 oz cups, but I would like to sell larger portions for big orders. The problem is, I don't know what to package it in. I have shopped at my restaurant supply warehouse, but don't see anything suitable. Any advise. It would have to be something the customer can dispose of. |
