Our church ladies group has been asked to cook a turkey dinner for our local K-8 school. Menu is turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy & stuffing. We expect that the quantities for children will be less than suggested for adults. What would you recommend for 300 children & 30 teachers/parent volunteers? |
