Hi I have a breakfast on Sunday and I am planning on preparing one 9x13 of scrambled eggs. How many eggs should I use? |

5 large eggs makes 1 cup. These hold about 3 1/2 quarts, but you do not want it full. So, at 2 eggs per person, you could do 4 dozen. Is that enough? You might want to look at the "scrambled eggs that hold" recipe in the Egg section of my recipe box. |
