chicken milanese is for winter?

with salad or something else?

10/17/13 		This is just basically a breaded chicken cutlet. and you would serve it with a pasta or rice dish and a good sauce- often a tomato sauce, but could be a gravy, cream, cheese, or pesto sauce. Fine for winter. How about a baked winter squash vegetable and a winter-style salad?
