Hello. I am having a baby shower on Oct. 20th for 70 women. 10 kids from ages 5-12 also attending. I have a menu of hot hordourves (being passed), veggie platter, fall salad, chicken caccitore, my mom is also making a chik dish, i think marsala, and other g ma making penne vodka. i will also be having a dessert table, well planned out with tiered cake cupcakes breads, pie pops triffle, cookies. :) yum! i need help with how much chicken i should make and how much pasta should be made? help please! :) |

I would just count this as 75 people. I would make 1 pound of a plain butter and cheese pasta for the sake of the kids.
