Hi, Beth, Good job, and most is fine, here are some notes. •20 dozen deviled eggs- I would normally do only 10 dozen eggs, so you are right if that is halves you are talking about
•Tortilla chips (8 lbs)- probably very short, do at least 12
12 lb potato chips- OK, probably none left
8 Cheese Balls?? weight?? you want at least 16 pounds
•Veggie Tray •4 gallons Potato salad- at least 7-8 •4 gallons Coleslaw-OK, none left •4 gallon Mac Salad- 6 •6 gallons Fruit Salad- OK, but fruit trays are prettier, easier to prep and hold, and the leftovers are more usable, see the fruit tray page •Finger Rolls (50 egg salad, 50 tuna salad, and 50 chicken salad) do 80-100 chicken •200 hot dogs- OK, see sandwich page for help on condiments and also get at least 2 packages vegetarian (usually either in the freezer or in the produce section) •Caesar Salad (15 heads lettuce, croutons, dressing, parm cheese)- OK •Pizza slices?? how many? suggest you cut squares and allow 2 per person •Baked Beans?? Suggest you make meatless recipe, and about 6 gallons. This is PLENTY of food. If I saved you time, trouble, or money, please make a donation, maybe a dime per guest, to support this site. |
