to serve 75-100 I would like to know how many boxes of instant mashed potatoes to feed 75-100 people, I can't find the information any where. I appreciate your help thanks |

Tiffany, read the article on planning and shopping for large community feasts, top section of Big Pots, it is that specifically. Linda, I don't use these at all. the only thing I can suggest is that my friends who use them, say that the box actually makes about 1/2 as many servings as it says. |
