| Heather 09/17/13 | I love to roast my meats at 275, I originally started doing this based on a fajita recipe and I was sold! It takes about 4 hours and the meat falls apart. I can't figure out the best time to add the veggies in, I mean carrots, turnips, parsnips, etc. If they are added at the beginning they come out like mush, other times I have ended up having to wait awhile on the veggies because I waited too long. Any suggestions on how to time it just right? | 
| ellen 09/17/13 | 2 options; put in at 1 1/2 to 2 hours beforedone, or microwave half done and put in the oven around the roast about 1/2 hour before done. |
