Wedding Desserts

I am making desserts for my daughter's wedding. 150 people will attend and I am making truffles, bukeye's, butter creams, and mint truffles as well as brownies, blonde bars, and lemon/blueberry bars. They have a tiny pumpkin cake that feeds 12 as well for ceremonial purposes.

How many of each items should I make?

Hi, Katie,

Essentially, you are making a candy and dessert buffet for 150 people. First, you want to make/cut the items into 2 or three bite size, this allows people to try a lot of different ones, which they love to do.

truffles,
buckeye's,
butter creams,
mint truffles
one each per person, maybe some extra of the plain chocolate

brownies, 2 small per person
blonde bars, 1 small per person
lemon/blueberry bars, 1 small per person
These freeze and can be made ahead. Thaw in fridge

If this saves you time, trouble, or money, consider a donation to support the saite, and have a sweet time.
