06/25/13 		Having 100 people mostly adults ans teens for daughters graduation party.

Taco bar. Thinking 10 lbs shredding chicken
15 lib hamburger
10 lbs ground turkey
300. Hard shells
150 soft shells
2 6 foot sandwich subs
Party pizzas not sure how many

Pasta salad
Mac salad
Chips
Spanish rice

Should I chane the amount of taco meats ?

06/26/13 		You have enough food for 100 without the pizzas, so if you order them, basically 1 large per 10-12 eaters (mostly teens). The sandwiches alone are enough for 50. The meats are perfect.
