Making baked ziti for 15. Will also have salad and bread. There will be meat in the ziti. I have 3 pounds of ricotta, 1 pound of mozzarella. How much pasta do I need? Do I have enough cheese |

1 pound pasta per 6 = 9x13 pan 3/4 to 1 1/2 pound ricotta. 3/4 to 1 pound mozarella (shred it yourself- the pre-shredded has a nonstick coating that makes the texture not so creamy) 1-2 eggs 1 pound beef/ sausage 1 quart sauce 1/2 cup Parmesan seasonings to taste I like layered better than mixed... |
