I am planning a grad party in June and would like to do a meat platter containing about 150 more or less. Meat inclueds Ham Turkey and Roast beef how many pounds of each should I buy |

Go right to the sandwich page. You will be doing 1/2 beef, 1/4 each ham and turkey. Allow 1 pound sliced cheese per 10-12 guests. Other needed condiments, rolls, etc. are discussed. Consider a big bowl of egg salad on ice for the non-meat eaters.
