Making dessert for a graduation party in June for a 100 people. They do not want cake, have requested cupcakes,cookies and brownies. Could u help me out in the amounts to make of each? |

You can get good help on this from the dessert planning page. Basically, for teens I do 1 cupcake per person plus 1 cookie or bar of each type up to 4 different ones, with the cookies or bars being the 2-3 bite size, not the currently popular huge ones. If you do two flavors of cupcakes, do 60% of each, as some folks will take both. |
